“Really lovely spot— even nicer than we expected based on the listing. Super quiet, great spot on the lake, outdoor and indoor seating, a separate honeymoon suite cabin, good appliances and amenities, beautiful views, etc. The only things to note: 1) Water is from a well. Perfectly clean, but a slightly odd taste/smell. Not the fault of the property, but if you’re sensitive to it, consider buying bottled drinking water. 2) The lake access is down a lot of steps, so if you’re doing kayaks/canoes/etc it is a lot of work to carry them up and down! Would be tough for someone with mobility issues. Again, not the fault of the property, but worth keeping in mind.”

“We had a great stay at this cabin. It fit ten people perfectly for a family trip. We were able to bring our kayaks and canoes to put in the water, and spent lots of time playing card games, board games and billiards. We would certainly stay here again!”
